You will learn the different styles of knives, how to properly handle a knife and cutting techniques
where to buy knives and what to shop for. In the class we will be using techniques that we learn
to prepare the sit down dinner for students and instructor to enjoy.

Pricing
The cost for a class in the greater Chicago land area for up to eight students is $400,
plus the cost of classroom materials. Classroom materials can run $20 to $25 per student
depending on the type of ingredient. Knife Skill classes are limited to 8 students.
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit, to book a date, which will be applied to the cost of the class.
